SPRING CLEAN UP PACKAGE

Dethatching turf areas with a commercial BlueBird Lawn Comber *.
Hand raking and/or use of a turf vac to remove smaller debris.
Use of back pack blowers as needed.
Bagging spring clean up debris.

Billed at $77 / man hour, with a minimum base price of $250.

SPRING FERTILIZATION

Spring fertilizer (22-11-11) will be applied during your Spring Clean Up service.
Fertilizer plays a key role in maintaining or improving your lawn's health. If we do not perform this service for you please do it yourself and remember FOLLOW THE FERTILIZER'S DIRECTIONS TO AVOID BURN!.

Application Cost is $70.00 per 50 # applied. (50 # Covers most Anchorage lawns or per 5,000 sq ft)

SPRING CALPRIL PELLET LIME

The amount of lime applied will be determined by the pH level of your soil. If the pH level is between 6.0 -7.0, no lime will be applied. Should your lawn require more than two bags, you will be contacted by phone for your approval. We recommend at least one bag each year per 5000 square feet of turf.

CALPRIL PELLET LIME APPLIED AT $60.00 PER 100# or per 5,000 sq ft - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

LAWN MOWING AND TRIM SERVICE

Turf areas of lawn will be cut at a height of 2 1/2”
All borders, trees, buildings will be trimmed with a weed whacker.
Debris from the above will be placed in bags.

Should your weekly lawn mowing exceed our base price of $65.00 we will contact you before we start your service.

SUMMER LAWN FERTILIZATION

Summer fertilization will occur during the months of June & August.
Fertilizer plays a key role in maintaining or improving your lawn's health. If we do not perform this service for you please do it yourself during the weeks listed above and FOLLOW THE FERTILIZER'S DIRECTIONS TO AVOID BURN!

Application Cost is $70.00 per 50 lbs. applied. (50 lbs. Covers most Anchorage lawns or per 5,000 sq ft)

LAWN EDGING

We will use a motorized edger that cuts the sod back to the edge of your concrete border.
Bag debris on the curb and place in trash bags.
If you have not had this service in the last year and have a concrete edge / curb, your lawn without a doubt needs it. When done it leaves a sharp line delineating your lawn from your curb. It looks great and you will thank yourself every time you drive home.

Billed at $77 / Man hour.

WEED CONTROL SPRAY

Chemical applied with tanker truck equipped with 300’ of hose.
Personnel certified by the Department of Environmental Conservation will apply weed control.

Low Vol 4 Weed Control Chemical, the best lawn weed chemical available.

Should your weed control application exceed our base price of $180.00 for 5,000 sq ft; $32 / each additional 1,000 sq ft. We will leave a door tag after we have applied weed spray.

FALL CLEAN UP

Lawn mowing at 1.5" (Shorter cut to prevent winter matting)
Leaf blowing/raking (lawn, landscapes, walkways, and drives).
Bagging of fall debris.

Billed at $77 / Man hour.

SNOW PLOWING

Plow or Snowblow your driveway.
Clear snow berm from your postal box maintaining access for you and your mailman.
Scheduled automatically when there is at least 2” of snow accumulation.

Our base price for a two car drive is $65.00 per time. If you require additional shoveling please let us know.
